We had a wonderful lunch here today. Fantastic staff & delicious food! Everyone was so welcoming, professional & friendly. The liver parfait was fantastic & beautifully presented. The Roasted Cornish Cod & the Home Reared Banger were so comforting on a miserable grey day. We had to have some puddings of course & they did not disappoint. Thank you to the brilliant team. We will definitely be back!
A beautiful country pub - amazing decor and ambiance. Food was unreal, scotch egg with homemade brown sauce and beef short rib were highlights. Very friendly service to top it off.
A lovely country pub with warm, cozy decor, log fires and dog friendly. We went for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed the food and the excellent service. Will definitely return.
Cosy, gorgeous english pub serving really delicious and special food. I have been a few times and would make the effort to come back. I wanted to shout out one of their staff members (is it Kelly?) who is vivacious, funny and incredibly charming. Protect her at all costs. She has helped us both times and went above and beyond to find us a table and it was much appreciated. See you again soon,

Excellent. The staff seem intelligent, attentive, on the ball, and yet relaxed and courteous. The food was presented beautifully, and generally very well cooked (though bubble and squeak croquettes felt cheap and bland). Asparagus was gorgeous! I would definitely recommend and return. The place felt rustic and yet was clearly well maintained & clean.
